You have a maximum of 14 days from receiving your order to return an item. You can easily do this via our return portal. Refunds are processed after receipt of the package.
Go to our return portal and enter your order number and email address (as stated on the invoice). Select which items you want to return and choose whether you want a refund or store credit.
CHOOSE STORE CREDIT?
When you choose store credit, you'll receive a free return label. You can use this credit to order another product. PLEASE NOTE: Once you've chosen store credit, a refund is no longer possible.
Choose a carrier: PostNL, DHL or DPD. Pay for return costs if applicable (free with store credit).
Pack the items safely, preferably in the original packaging. We offer printerless labels: after completing the steps, you'll receive a code to have scanned at the service point. If you prefer to print a label, you can download it as well.

As soon as the product has been received in our warehouse, the refund will be initiated.
*Is the product damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please indicate this clearly so we can send you a free return label.
*Want to be sure? Insure the package by registered post. We do not reimburse packages lost in transit.
